About Me

mother of three fashionistas-in-training. my oldest seems to have captured my great sense of detail and pulled-togetherness. my middle is more bold, eclectic, and lives to layer (she's only 6, lol) and my youngest the jury is still out on, except for her extreme OCD - she likes what she likes!
I describe my domestic style as modern eclectic, my personal style is so wildy varied its beyond labeling. Its an untapped passion and gift that life doesn't quite let me live out, but I get to play with here on kaboodle. :D

Guess what made me smile today?  Thumbing through cb2.com and seeing this set of <a href="http://www.cb2.com/family.aspx?c=340&f=4639#">Fu Dog Bookends</a> and the price tag next to them of $49.95 for the pair!  Why does this make the corners of my mouth ascend?  Because a week ago i picked up one of these for $8 at HomeGoods.  Exact same chinese-symbol-of-protection, only mine was a much more appealing pop pink.  I got it as a decor piece for...
