These highly-pigmented loose shadows will not streak or cake, are easy to blend and very long-lasting. Use a little to create a subtle wash of color, or layer for that bold, dramatic effect. How to Apply Magic Eye Dust: The best way to apply these powdered shadows is with an eyeshadow brush. Prep your eyelids with a moisturizer, liquid foundation OR eyeshadow base.
