I LOVE Zappos!! Even though I love my internet gossip, Zappos.com is without a doubt my FAVORITE site on the internet! I love that you have Keens which are very hard to find. If foot problems are an issue for you like they are for me and I cannot wear shoes with a back. Zappos is the place for you. At a shoe store I might have a few choices, here they are endless. I work long hours and Zappos has someone available to me 24 hours a day. I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience with anyone at this company. Honestly, I always hang up feeling like I have made a new friend. I can even buy Tretons on this site!! I am so happy that I know about this site I am often torn about weather I should or should not tell my friends about it. I order all my hard to find shoes from this site and strongly recommend "Keens" if you are athletic and have any kind of foot or leg problem.
