I'm Felicia, a twenty-one year old girl who lives in Minnesota. I am a geek.
Two or three days a week, I sell clothes and accessories to bitchy, overweight women in a plus-size speciality store. The rest of the time I spend caretaking at a small apartment complex. Currently, I am a student of the funeral industry. In about two years, I'll graduate and become a funeral service worker, providing you with quality coffins and urns. And working with people far less likely to complain.
I am suprisingly not bitter as I sound, I assure you. In fact, I'm actually very generous and nice, its just overshadowed by my sarcasm and deadpan voice. Really.
In my freetime, I enjoy reading first and foremost. In paticular, nonfiction. Failing that, I enjoy watching movies on occassion, maybe video games just about as often. Never watch TV outside of documentaries, Boston Legal, Pushing Daisies, and Futurama. I also have a deep love for most kinds of music. I have a deep loves of astronomy, psychology, and linguistics. I speak a few languages on varying levels. I keep a small fossil collection.
I'm absolutely enamoured with tea. If you don't know what to get me, rest assured, you can never go wrong with a trip to a tea store.
An activist and a humanist at heart, I'm extremely active politically. I support Palestine's Right to Return and granting human rights and freedom to the people of North Korea and Iran. I'm devastated by the genocide in Darfur. I oppose the military rule in Burma. Frankly, there's very little I don't have an opinion on.
