  she wants it stragne, she really does, like benches with pillows to sit on, she wants it so that if i had a baby girl in the space there would be stuff to keep her looking around, like spoons hanging from the ceiling, and the mexican animal doll strings, she really likes a ceiling that is mostly of real found objects out of the LOCAL TRASH, clean up, may-be painted and then hung from the ceiling

  she wants french damaek green chartuse ish wall paper, that is fuzzy, and i have asked her several times, what about stamped walls because fuzzy gets dirty, and she is now okay with the stamped walls, however if the space has wall paper she wants it painted over not removed. and if it is torn, tear what will come off and leave the rest, and she likes the bright greens and blues for the wall spaces, almost like it is an old phonographic, is what she calls it, a phonographic, i am not mistaken in my spelling

  she wants crafts vended, and she would prefer mostly students from the near by college so that their sales are helping to fund their real betterment, and she is liking a techniquelly school or a trades school that is fairly large, and that we market this more with them, the money to pages in books is bothering her about the university level, and she wants a book shelf of take and give, and it is title TAKE & GIVE all caps and it is a place to share objects and ideas, if you need a free present there might be something on the TAKE & GIVE that will sufice.

  there will be parts of this that function this in pointilist sorts of ways, some stuff that is just kind of strange with the demand for as local as possible, and she isn't sure how to get to the Miso, however someone has one that they love and they will show us to the correct soup.

  she wants it closed on Wednesdays and Sundays out of respect for the fact that she knows she is asking the Christian god, which doesn't really deal much in diet. and she feels that Wednesday is a good day to shop and to possibly sell the goods and products at a market. however sunday is actually off, you do not enter the building on sunday unless you absolutely have to.

  she would really apperciate it if moralistic conversations about the veggitarian diet were avoided, that the staffing understood please that conversation is disruptive to what is actually happening here.

  she says a way to avoid some issues is you buy the bread from a local baker, so that you don't have to find a place that makes the flour, however the south really has made alot of flour in it's time, and our farms are still very fertile even if limitedly functioned

  she wants where the foods are grown shown to the people, like Stub's Farm Fresh Collards, so that the people who grow the food are known as farmers available to the resturant industry, and she would like their contact information readily avilable to the average consumer, and she would like to sell some of the jarred and canned goods if possible at a Georgia Farmers market.

  she says that we can do basmati imported rice to allow for the $3, however she expects that since Georgia can grow beans the red beans are local, however the rice really can't be from what i am hearing, however if that is not true then okay, we are as local as we can be, the butter is from Georgia dairy farmers, the tofu, and yes Georgia can make all sorts of stuff, anyway local, pick the menu based of veggitarian and local to Georgia.
