The hood comfortably fits from a size 20 to 24 inch head (the average adult and teen) with a whimsical slight point at the very top of the crown. The brim and ties are a one piece braided cable with tassles at either end. The ties of the hat measure a generous 28 inches each and can easily be wrapped around the neck once or even twice for extra warmth. The yarn is a soft wool and acrylic blend. The colour is navy. It is safe to wash in cool water and tumble dry ..but, drying flat will hold off any fuzziness in the garment over time. See less
