Wear your heart proudly! Years ago when Amy was at Sheridan College for glass she became facinated with the heart and it's physiacl, emotional and visual qualities. Amy has been exploring forms inspired by this all important organ throughout much of her body of work, which has been exhibited throughout North America and Europe. These anatomical heart bead necklaces, on sterling silver ball chains are a fun way to show some spirit around your neck! Please specify wether you would like your ball chain oxidized or not (shown oxidized.) Oxidation makes the chain look darker and warmer. Each bead is one of a kind flameworked glass, made by Amy in her Toronto studio, and is annealed for strength and durability. Due to popularity this heart bead is made on demand, and each will differ very slightly because of the handmade nature.
