The picture doesn't show it but it has brownish green glitter and then black, so the way the flects refract off of each other makes it look not like glitter, but like a paintjob with glitter flects and its gorgeous!!!! I wish there was more of it in the tube but its easier to apply than all other glitter eyeliners and owns as far as brilliance goes. See less
