This is one in a series of prints I did inspired by vintage illustrations of children from old storybooks. I have always had a fascination with eggs and birds so naturally I thought to incorporate these two things into my images. I feel that each picture in my series reveals a tiny piece of a much larger tale. The original was done on canvas with ink, acrylic and pencil. The prints are 10.5 x 11 inches including a small white border. They have been professionally scanned making the images crisp and the colors vibrant. They are printed on acid free, heavy weight matte paper and are packaged with a sturdy foam core backing and sealed in plastic.
