It's approx. double the size of the baby skull at 1/2" high by 3/8" wide. In sterling silver. It's hollow in the back so its light, not heavy. If you'd like a different chain length, just let me know when you order. If you have any special requests or have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Most things can be accommodated. Every piece is made to order by hand so please allow about 7-14 days for it to be ready to ship. If you need it by a specific date, contact me and I will let you know if its possible.
