Dosage should be 1 gram before exercise and before sleeping. * Glutamine (conditionally essential): A study in 1995 by Thomas C. Welbourne, showed that an oral dose of about 2 grams of glutamine raised HGH levels more then 4 times over the that of the placebo. The dose of 2 grams is the key "since a smaller amount would probably not be enough to stimulate HGH and a larger amount would accelerate the removal of glutamine from the blood by the liver."
