kammy This was our first trip to Gatlinburg, we picked Jack Huff's after searching many sites online and we were so happy we did!! I called them to book our stay and the lady could not have been nicer. At the time, and I forgot to ask just how close they were to the parkway, it was just a pleasant.

Jack Huff's made my vacation a complete nightmare. The customer service was absolutely terrible. First of all, they booked my vacation for the wrong dates and accused me of giving them the wrong information in the first place. There wasn't even a simple acknowledgment that a mistake was made. To make things even worse, Jack Huff’s got a tourist trap
