Originally from Washington DC, I made the move to New York in 2003. Little did I know how this would change my life. After several trips to upstate New York Renaissance Faires, I decided to test my jewelry-making skills with chainmail. I have long had a love of jewelry, in particular pieces composed of metal, so this was a natural and refreshing transition for me. I established JSWMetalWorks in late 2009. Since then, I’ve expanded to work with different styles, components, and techniques.
