Totally rad list. Do we still say rad these days, or is that just my 90's carrying over...

- I still play the old Mario and Zelda games, so it's not very nostalgic for me.

Most of this stuff I didn't have browing up. My spoiled neighbor had ALL of it though (and the NES, and Super NES and Teddy Ruxpin...). I was always very jealous of him.

Do you (or anyone else) remember the cartoon type thing where there was a little cartoon man who walked around the kitchen in a glass cup. He'd pop up in the silverware drawer and then the top shelf of the cupboard...I can't remember what it was called. I so loved it when I was younger.

No, it most definitely wasn't the Pillsbury Doughboy. He was this little cartoon man and at the end of every sketch he would sing some song about being the little [something, something] man. Then he'd go into the cupboard nd close the door. I promise I'm not making it up!

: Yay! Isn't he fabulous?! I so loved him when I was younger! There was also some cartoon guy who was kinda shaped like a lemon and was all yellow and I swear he used to talk in a southern accent about eating healthy...Anyone remember that? If I remember right, he was just a short cartoon in between Staurday morning cartoons...

I don't know if he's fabulous, he kinda sounds like a heavy smoker/life long whiskey drinker. hahah

Haha! True. But he was one of the things I loved about Sesame Street. We didn't have cable growing up (I finally got it when I moved in with Greg after getting married), so I didn't see any of the Nick shows you guys have been talking about. The few times I did see things like Clarissa and Are You Afraid of the Dark it was when I was baby sitting my neighbor.

Does anyone else remember WonderWorlds? They were this toy that allowed you to make your own little 'aquarium' sort of thing with clear gel for the water, and little plastic scuba divers, fish/sharks and plants to arrange in the gel. For some reason, Google refuses to acknowledge that these awesome things DID exist. My brother and I had one. I even remember the theme song: WonderWorlds! A magical world in the making!

I do remember those. Google refuses to acknowledge that Candy Paint Shop existed, where you got the hard candy paint roller, and sprinkles, and then rolled the roller in the sprinkles and put it on your tongue. That reminds me... Lick-M-Aid!
