Deco-ru?! Decorating sweets on nails, phone etc

While I was shopping in mall, I found cute sweets miniatures in stationery store. And I heard the word from people in the store. It was "deco-ru". It means "decorating on anything you like" in Japanese. The miniatures in the store looked so real and yummy...I wished I could eat..yum yum yum..(I didn't eat lunch yet then).I wished I can make them by myself. So, I went to a bookstore for finding howto book of making clay sweets "deco". According to the book, people...
