Louis Vuitton has teamed up with fashion editor of the Times of London, Lisa Armstrong, to create the ‘Ultimate Travel Bag,’ which will be auctioned in aid of CLIC Sargent, a London-based charity benefiting children with cancer. In December 2006, Armstrong first presented the idea and continued to meet with Louis Vuitton to create the ultimate travel bag. The result is a bag inspired by the silhouette of the Eole - launched in 2007 and already a classic - but with its own unique character forged in monogram canvas. The bag, featuring two separate compartments and trimmed in purple leather, is within legal carry-on requirements of major airlines.
