Having spent $1300.00 for this washing machine, I would have thought it would be perfect, but this is not the case. It is advertised as a "Canyon" size washer but if I put any more than a medium size load in, it goes into an "unbalanced load" mode... See more

Having spent $1300.00 for this washing machine, I would have thought it would be perfect, but this is not the case. It is advertised as a "Canyon" size washer but if I put any more than a medium size load in, it goes into an "unbalanced load" mode and stops and I spend time and time again rearranging the clothes so the machine will continue to spin. I washed a comforter and it too went into an "unbalanced load" and the comforter was just a ball in the middle of the washing machine. We have a large family so I was quite excited at first glance with the size of the machine but I am getting more and more frustrated everyday with the unbalanced problem. If I am just washing small/regular clothing items, it seems to work fine, but washing towels , sheets, comforters and/or oversized fleece items, it continually shuts off due to imbalance. Certainly not worth the money!!! See less
