Mis en Place is French for "everything in place" and it's the term used by chefs to discribe the cute little piles of ingredients that are all ready to go. These little bowls are perfect for pre-measured spices, chopped garlic and green onions.... or even your non-culinary mis en place (like rings, guitar picks, thumb tacks, etc...) They were thrown on the potter's wheel, trimmed with nice feet, glazed and fired.... They are lead-free, oven-safe, dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe. The bowls measure 3.5", 3", and 2" in diameter.
