Treadmill vs exercise bike which is best to use in your workouts? Here we are going to go into the differences between the two pieces of equiptment. The treadmill are great for warming up for your workouts and they are a great form of cardiovascular exercise. Treadmills are great from perfecting your running, walking or jogging stride. Running is one of the best forms of full body cadio and will burn more calories than sitting on an exercise bike. Now as far as exercie bikes goes, they are good for cardio and muscular endurance. If you join a spinning class you will get a big time workout, but if you are just going to sit on you but and spin you legs around, don't expect to loss that gut, or get a slim waist. You are better off using the treadmill to get a slimmer waste line and overall fit body. In my opinion if you don't have bad knees of cardio problems you should use a treadmill for faster better results, unless you are going to join a spin class and go all out on an exercise bike....
