The bodice consists of embroidered linen and the ruffles are a compliment to that. A stretch modesty panel under the lace up eyelets allows this top to fit a range of different sizes. The ruffles are meant to fray and you just give them a trim when they get unruly. The lace up ribbon can be removed and you can add your own, or ask for a different color to match at no additional charge. The top will fit anywhere from 26"-33" in chest, hips and waist. It is generous in length at 20", and can be modified if you prefer it to be shorter. Matching straps can also be added. You can lace the top several different ways and even add an additional one to the top, bottom, etc... please see other corset styled tops for examples. Totally machine washable, however it is best to use a lingerie bag so that the ribbons do not get tangled. See less
