Oh, crap. This is super hard to pick...
I think it depends on what you really want at this point.
The one on the left is symmetrical while the one of the right is an asymmetrical cut, which can be scary if you don't know what you're doing.
And if you want this one, the one on the right, you need to make sure to tell the hair dresser that you like the volume, so s/he shouldn't go razor happy with your hair; I think the hair looks nice with volume.
So I guess what I'm trying to say is that the two hairdos look pretty similar; just that the one on the right is the "safer" option, and the one on the left is the "crazier" option xD
Up to you, but those are my thoughts on it. They're both really nice.
If you do decide to get the asymmetrical cut, you'd be a step up on me because I haven't gotten one yet; or at least found one I liked yet xD

This is a cute hairstyle, i think it's so me. And the idea of the highlights is cool to... But i think th eone thing i would change again it so show my ears and the back a little bit shorrter <3 But if i can manage that than this would be my ideal hairstyle~

Yeah, of course! I always walk in and probably tell the hairdresser that I want either a different length in the back or something. If you let them know before they start cutting (or you can be like me and make notes all over the page as well), then they'll understand and work it out for you :D

Love the style once again, it's so in the style of what i want to do with my hair.

I like this one because it's short and it's easy to grow into; The middle one is a little too long, and I actually got a cut at that length last time, but it was driving me nuts after a while because in about a month it was growing out too long; so I often try to get shorter cuts so I don't have to go back to the hairdresser as much...

However, for this one, all the hair is pulled to the front, so you might find yourself styling it often if you want that exact look; however, if you show them the third picture (the one on the right) as well, then you could ask them to make something in the middle between the two, so you don't have to style as much (or ask the hairdresser what she or he might suggest)

I don't like to style my hair a lot, and I'm a kind of wash-hair-brush-and-go kind of girl, so I try to get a do that can do it on it's own naturally without needing a lot of styling (because I don't like to add gunk in my hair anyways).

Hm...hard to choose, actually...I do like the first one on the left, with the black and the red (I'm talking about the shape of the cut, not necessary the color, because you can decide that yourself).
But I guess it depends how you want your bangs.
The first one has short bangs, and the second one in the middle has longer, side-swept bangs (which is what I personally like because they grow out better since they're already semi-long).
The third one is cute, but I think with dark hair, it will be difficult to see the layers and it looks like you'd have to style it all the time to give it that "wispy" look.
Same with the first one on the left; you'd have to curl the ends up if you want the hair to flip up like that.
I'm lazy, so I'd probably still opt for the middle one because you just have to brush it, puff it up a little, and then you're ready to go xD

Actually i have no idea, it does look like her. But it wasn't mentioned there <3 So i don't know.

This one is super piecey and compliments her overall look.

So much better and not fake looking you won't look all bleachy

Black & Red is SO 5 minutes ago. The white is less funky, more freaky.

This hairstyle is cute, but i would love to have it cut more short so that you can see my ears and more layers and than add a highlight in it. But i don't know wich style of hairlights i should get @.@
If it was like medium hairstyle that i wanted i could get the pudding highlights style. You know top blond and under black, but what do you so when you have short hair? Wich highlight style is the best?
