I love blueberry muffins! When it comes to selecting any food with fruit in it, I always go for the blueberries. Yummyful.

I've recently rediscovered these, why I went off them in the first place I will never know.

So I'm totally weird. I like blueberry muffin batter but not cooked blueberry muffins. They taste very different. Whenever I have made blueberry muffins I leave some batter in the bowl to eat. YUMMM!!!

Have you ever checked out www.topsecretrecipes.com? Some guy recreates recipes for food from restaurants or packaged foods (cheez-its, villa wafers, etc). A lot of the recipes are free and the ones you have to pay for at $.79 each, so you aren't breaking the bank if you decide to buy one. I was so excited to see that he had a recipe for Macaroni Grill's Penne Rustica (my favorite dish there). Haven't made it yet, but intend to soon.

No, I haven't. Thank you!! Off to check it out. :)

Oh my. I love it all. I'll be right over! Hehe.

Between your list and Hophead's, I'm going to have a ton of cooking to do over the next few weeks! Hooray! I love cooking!

Lol, hophead got me started with the food list. I kept stealing hers and putting it on my apartment list until it started getting too big and needed it's own. I love to cook too but sometimes it really sucks to cook for just yourself.

I know what you mean. My husband goes on the road a lot, so when he's gone I have very little desire to go to all the effort of making food. I usually stick to salads and pasta when he's away!

Yeah, I go in spurts. I'll do the salad/pasta/yogurt/soup thing (not all at once lol) and then I'll cook and make a huge pot of chili and eat it for a week. And winter is hard because I love to grill and it's no fun when it's freezing outside. I got an indoor grill for Christmas and I've been playing with it. It's kind of cool. Not the same as outdoors, but better then nothing. I've made a steak and shrimp and a few other things on it already. Yummy. :)

I'm just thrilled that my apartment actually has a good sized kitchen, so it makes me want to cook more. I have an entire island that I can use for prep work and I love it. In our past apartments the kitchen was so tiny that I could hardly roll out pie crust (I make apple pies for my family and Greg's family get togethers when they are requested). Now all I need are the nice pots and pans and other kitchen gear to go along with the space!

A decent kitchen was on my shopping list when I was apartment hunting. I'd find really nice places with a closet for a kitchen. Uh uh. Even for just me, I need I place I can move and function.

i have no counter space whatsoever, its really hard to cook in my kitchen. :( i didnt really think of the importance of kitchen size when i moved.

I can't stop looking at this list. I'm dying over here!

Yummy!!!!!!

I know it is a steakhouse, but next time anyone is in Vegas, you should order all of the potato appetizers (roaster fingerling, truffle mashed, gratin dauphinois, hell even the french fries!) off of the menu at Prime.

You all are so funny. :) I love to cook and eat. And eat good for me. Sigh. Don't see me going to the Bellagio anytime in the near future though. But thanks!!! :)

have you seen the food networks new magazine? omg, it has soo many great recipes. so worth the $15 subscription. or however much it is. they've had like little booklets inside the magazine that also have recipes. like one was 50 things you can do with a jar of pasta sauce. or 50 things you can top toast with. really creative and actually pretty cheap. check it out if you havent already.

No, I haven't . Thank you! I will most certainly look into that. :) ...as if i don't have enough new things to cook all Summer long...

hahah me too. like i said, i better start now. theres a lot of things i want to make. my boyfriend has been so patient with me. i want to make him some really good meals. and desserts. :)

So many delicious recipes, so little time.

Right. This list is unfair. I had braces put on a week ago and am still on liquids. Looking through this list has been amazing yet painful. Good job though!

Thanks a lot, LC... Now I'm wicked hungry and want to eat like everything in this list. Geez... I'm trying to lose weight not gain more! ;-)
