I love leg warmers, especially over my boots. With the way the economy is going most people cant afford a new wardrobe for this fall. Well then here is what you do: take an old sweater or jeans or any pants even knit ( slim jeans or boot cut) that you dont wear any more. Cut them at knee length. Take or buy a pair of shoe laces or if you are really crafty Zippers buttons whatever you want because it's all about you remember that it's your style that will make you stand out. You will need...
