Have any of you guys to travel between the US and Japan heard about this?http://luxuryresorttravel.suite101.com/blog.cfm/japanese_food_on_american_airlinesAnything's better than the usual airline food, but this sounds GREAT. :)Jen

If you need some tips, let me know - I spent over 3 weeks traveling through Japan back in May, riding the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Nagasaki.
