(11/19/07) I have several pairs of Joe's Provocateur jeans, and overall I'd recommend the brand and the fit (though some can be a bit loose around the knees). However, one thing I noticed about this pair was that the waistband is really tight compared to the rest of the jeans. I'm wearing mine right now and they feel fine on my legs and snug on my hips (which is usual), but my tummy is spilling over the waistband--and I'm a classic pear shape, which means usually things are too tight on my hips and too loose in the waist! I'm planning on keeping these because I'm hoping they'll stretch out and I like the color, but I feel like anyone who's thinking of buying these should be forewarned about "muffin-top" issues....See less
