Misleading Title | I just found this book to be totally disappointing, I misunderstood the title, weave design, thinking these could be handmade without a loom? It would cost more to send it back then it is worth, I donated it to a thrift shop. I also thought the designs were less than appealing. | This is a book for weavers, and, as such, offers a nice variety of ideas and projects. Rugs are presented in groups by technique and by effect; in one case, several rugs are woven on the same warp. Although this book is not for one who hasn't woven before, most of the drafts are easy enough for a beginner, and the end/hem finishes are worth learning.
