Kareem’s working techniques and mediums include collage, acrylic, oil pastel, pencil, solvent transfers and acrylic transfers. He creates highly textured and often multi-layered images, predominantly with a nostalgic or vintage and weathered quality. His works can often be vibrant with color, while others display a very refined or minimal palette.
