The yarn-dyed black and purple stripes are each 1/2" wide and run along the width of the fabric. The fabric looks pretty much the same on both sides. Try it on the bias for a cute and trendy look. Note that as this fabric has a small logo on it, goods made from it should not be sold. This is sweatshirt-type fleece (with a knitted side and fuzzy side). UOM: By the yard. WIDTH: 61" COLOR: True white with navy and red. WEIGHT: about 10 oz. per linear yard, 7 oz. per square yard STRETCH: A little stretch along the width. MATTE OR SHINY: matte SHEERNESS: No. CONTENT: 100% cotton SUGGESTED WASHING: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Since it is cotton, you should pre-shrink perhaps as many as three times. See less

This is a 2-piece cinch buckle for making retro belts. The opening is 2" wide, so you would use a 2" wide elastic or other material. Or use a wider piece of stretchy fabric and have a gathered effect. You could do a million things with this. The buckle is held together by tension; it does not snap. The opening is 2".
