The suspenders and the waistband are lined with white cotton. The skirt is a longer cupcake shape with gathers at the waist band to give you plenty of flounce! The suspenders cross in the back to ensure no slipping! Two handmade buttons accent the bottom of the suspenders on either side. This piece zips at the back and the skirt is unlined. The "waist" on this jumper typically sits just high of the true waist. The cotton has very little give so please be sure that you can live with 29.25”. This piece is absolutely unique and one of a kind.
