I made this last night for dinner, with a few modifications. - I used about 2 1/2 cups of rice and 1 1/2 cups of kimchi - I put in all of the kimchi liquid - Substituted the bacon with 1/4 lb of ground pork - Added 1t red chili paste and 1t of soy sauce - Added 1/2 an onion at the same time as the garlic - Upped garlic to 1T

I made this following the recipe, but next time I will probably cut down the ginger and garlic (it was a little overwhelming), coarsely shred the cabbage and maybe add chicken.

Made these! They were very easy to make and turned out well. Don't stir it as much as the recipe says, they will fall when you bake them. Just mix it long enough to integrate all the dry ingredients.
