Each of these Travel Toiletries is a marvel of modern science. Open a pack, remove one of the 50 sheets, and add water. It dissolves into a cleaning product, which you then can use as you are already (hopefully) accustomed. In our experience, 3-4 sheets of shampoo will clean a moderate head of hair. As for the body wash, it will depend on the size of the body you are cleaning, naturally. (10/13/09) I bought these some time ago and put a few in my travel toiletries bag, in a small emergency kit at work and a couple in the car glove box. After my first use, I am hooked. They work great and get the job done; kind of like a kitchen scrunge for your teeth. I highly recommend; just wish they were a bit cheaper. I had great expectations of this product. It seemed it would solve a lot of logistical problems. Unfortunately, they just don't work. They don't really make contact with the teeth because they're too soft and they don't make your teeth feel at all clean. I ended up ditching them after a few tries. Still, I love most of your products and will always be a customer. I wrote a review of this product a few weeks ago and I see that the only review that is still on the site is the one that is very positive.
