Thanks you all. When I posten this picture in the -Saved from Oblivion-group there wasn't a coment at all. so... I didn't realise this one was going to be popular. It is taken in France , in the zoo from La fl���¨che. A lot of French zoos have bird shows and try to do better towards eachother. The zoo in La Fl���¨che has got one with horses and big birds. 'In historical costumes , and birds that were used in a more hystorical context). Btw , if your in the loire valley in France , there is one more great opportunity to see these vultures. At the zoo of Dou���©-La-Fontaine. That zoo is in an old stone mine and the vultures are allowed to leave the parc. If the weather is good , they used the hot air to cirlce above the parc. Simply fantastic. See less

Last night was the close of the local feast carnival. I was standing under a massive NYPD floodlight when these girls, on their way out, stopped and asked to have their photo taken. What can I say--I'm a sucker for a floodlight.
