Housed in durable stainless steel, the Silvia has a forged-brass boiler with a 12-ounce capacity and a three-way solenoid valve (which releases pressure after pulling a shot). Plus, it’s steam-ready in 20 seconds. It can brew a shot of espresso in 20 seconds and steam eight ounces of milk in 45 seconds.
