The third-generation Prius will be unveiled in January 2009. It will be bigger and more powerful but have better mileage than the current generation. Future versions of this one will have plug-in capability so you can recharge the batteries at home.

This one has a cool design where propulsion is entirely by electric motors. The gas engine is only used for recharging the batteries. But, it won't be out until late 2010 and the estimated price is $40,000, so forget that.
