The bubble skirt is connected to the cargo bustier and has to be fastened after you lace the bustier top down! The bustier top has light padding and underwire for support. The front pockets are real but don't button. There are turtiose shell buttons placed down the middle and you can adjust the fit to your bust with the wide halter straps.
