(12/02/09) Okay, so, my boyfriend is not in the Soprano family, but if he were, I'd wear his over-sized jacket, and it'd look like this one - a cozy, wool-blend tweed in dark grey-black, with a drop waist, a single button, a skinny collar, and a luxurious black satin lining. We'd head to the opera, where he'd have his own box, and when I got chilly, he'd slip his jacket off and throw it over my shoulders. After the show let out we'd sadly have no time for drinks, because he'd have to go back to work. Absentmindedly, he'd leave me with his blazer and, while waiting for a cab, I'd slip my hands into the front pockets and find a mysterious phone number hidden inside. Was it a lover? A work associate? Who knows, but I knew I'd have to end it. Finally, a cab would come around the corner, and I'd wave my arm, my thin wrist exposed by the scrunch sleeves. Perfect timing.
