For small quantities these flags are printed on a large format digital printer. The image is printed onto white knitted polyester fabric creating a flag that is just as durable as the screen printed flags. All edges are hemmed to prevent fraying and white edge reinforcement is applied to one side and the top to prevent the grommets from pulling out. Both sides of these flags have positive (right reading) images. This is achieved by printing two flags and sewing them together with an opaque layer in between. This produces a flag that is right reading with full brightness on both sides. The price reflects the additional labor, materials and printing necessary for this process.
