In motion blur, any object moving with respect to the camera will look blurred or smeared along the direction of relative motion. Motion blur is frequently used to show a sense of speed. You can artificially achieve this effect in a usual scene using cameras with a slow shutter speed. Also Adobe Photoshop can be used for this purpose, though sometimes images may look unnatural and unprofessional. Okay, this discussion comes up immediately when dealing with THIRD PARTY INK SUPPLIERS. Don't make the assumption that anything other than name brand ink will last a fraction of the life span predicted by $12 -$50 name brand ink cartridge makers. There are ENORMOUS variables in what constitutes print life. Conditions, ink itself, brand, paper, and how all of these interact. There is NO ONE ANSWER, and it is a bad assumption to make that if you use the printer's ink and paper, you will get the best results. Of course, that is what Canon, Epson, and HP would want you to believe. God bless them, they've made great at-home photo printing possible- but that's no excuse to gouge us for ink. I used Epson Glossy Photo paper ($20 for 120 8.5 X 11" sheets at COSTCO) for years. I now use even less expensive KIRKLAND Heavy Glossy Photo paper- ITS BETTER! ($20 for 120 sheets at Costco) I use third party CUSTOM FORMULA INK (not the generic off the shelf one-ink-fits-all from Office Depot), which... See less

These extra colors perform two functions: the light cyan and light magenta help add density to lighter colors so pastels and some flesh tones reproduce more accurately, while the bright red and green inks extend the CMYK gamut, giving bright, saturated primary colors more punch. The ChromaPlus inks deliver some of the brightest colors on the market. And while both of these printers excel in reproducing vivid primary colors, subtle pastels are also well represented. Image by T.MoE Photographs, by definition, capture and immortalize a small slice of life. There is little for the viewer to infer what happens before or after that moment. However, there are images that need to communicate motion. For example, you may want to capture a dog running, a train barreling down the tracks, or trees that are blowing in the wind. Each of these scenes can come alive within your photographs if you learn how to convey motion properly. Early morning and late afternoon light will be easier to shoot in than harsh, direct, noontime sun. * If you can’t use natural light, be sure to use the white balance function on your camera. You can also use image editing software like Photoshop to clean up your photos after the fact. Play with the color balance to take out any color casts you may have picked up from artificial lighting, and lighten the photos if they’re too dim. This is particularly important if you’re trying to show the color of your item. * Using a flash may work for tutorials and larger items, but won’t work for small items like jewelry.
