I was a little worried about having a 5400RPM drive streaming recorded tv over my network to my extender but it's worked without a hitch. I got it from a local store with a big yellow sign when it was on sale for $229 and I haven't regretted it yet! Great drive! Cons: None yet. Other Thoughts: While doing research on these drives one of the reviews stated that although the drives are only 5400RPM, each platter contains 250GB on it so that helps to compensate for the lower RPM. Like I mentioned above, I haven't noticed any issues and if I try to transfer a recorded show from my main drive to this one, it gets about 40MB per second which is good enough for me.
