This is entirely unappetizing! What I thought this was going to be was a website posting all the real-world advertised products that are disgusting, which I would be more interested in reading.found in cnn news video

The worst part is some of the things they list actually sound really good... :-\

and that, ladies and gentleman, is why I'm fat.

lol! :)The video was better than the website...Embedded video from CNN Video

I ♥ this blog.

I tried this, thinking it would be like a peanut butter cup, or like a combo of Nutella and PB, but it really doesn't have much of a taste at all. At least I paid $3.99 at the local grocery store instead of $6 plus shipping. Boo.

I liked the comment from the person who wasn't sure when they opened the can if this was going to be edible, but it turned out they liked it. I've been wanting to eat more salmon, but fresh/frozen is more expensive, if I find a recipe I can live with for canned, I can eat it more often.

I made this, it was entirely edible as long as I'm broke. Try to find all the little round bones, though, before mixing everything else in. Next I'm going to test the difference between the pink & red salmon varieties.

Hmmm, this is interesting. I actually had salmon last night for the first time in a long while. And it was fresh, not previously frozen like so much is. I wonder if the canned stuff has the same health benefits?

It does, especially because it's the wild variety, and that's why I'm eating it. However, it's not quite as healthy after you add breadcrumbs and fry it! I ADORE fresh salmon, but it's a little pricey for me to eat it as often as I'm trying to. Man, that sounds good!

Cool, thanks for the info!! I was just wandering through the grocery store and I always go by the seafood dept to see what they have and they had a bunch of fresh stuff for a change. In the middle of nowhere here that's unusual. So I got some and grilled it on my indoor grill and it was so yummy. And i got some a tuna steak for tonight. they also had some nice swordfish steaks but it was getting really expensive already by then. I would have liked one of them too.

Oh Lord.

The "Flat Belly Diet" I'm on actually requires that I eat this (avocados & chocolate) as well as peanut butter, and it's working! Yay!

Hmmm, sounds like a good diet!! :) I might have to give this a try. Thanks!!

The basic Flat Belly Diet plan is a 1,600-calorie Mediterranean-style diet with an emphasis on wholesome, unrefined foods including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, beans, seeds, lean protein, and very little red meat (once a month). According to the authors, the secret ingredient in the Flat Belly Diet that whittles away belly fat is the addition of a monounsaturated fat, or MUFA, at every meal. MUFAs are found in olives, avocados, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate, soybean, flax, and olive and sunflower oils.
