I really want to know, How do you mix patterns without looking crazy? How do you mix poka dots and strips, and so on together? I have tried and I can't do it. It just looks like I got dressed in the dark. Can anyone perfect

I wanted to know what type of clothing could either boost or destory a womens self esteem and why. I don't have very much self esteem myself, but i want to know how to fix that. I wnat to be confident in myself, but I really don't know where to start.

I 17 years old and I am having problems with what I see looking back at me in the mirror. So I need advice.
For the next month or so i am going to do whatever it takes to put myself esteem, in the place that i want it.
