The bad

So this month has no doubt, been the worst month of my life. I don't mean to sound like Debbie Downer but honestly it's getting to be ridiculous. Sunday, April 25, my father passed away. We were very close and its a huge loss. My family is in utter dissaray. People I've never met before have suddenly marched into my life and started trying to take over. Not to mention the biggest, most redneck family fued ever has broken out. Needless to say it sucks.

I missed all of my final exams because I was planning/attending my dad's funeral. I called my school and told them the situation, and they assured me it would be no problem. I call them the next week... oops someone dropped the ball and the word didn't spread to all of the people it should have... but its ok... I won't have a problem making up all 5 of my exams in the next 3 days will I? Haha thanks.

My boyfriend and I are frantically looking for a house. We have been searching and everytime we think we find "the one" it's either under contract or sold. We need to get the heck out of Dodge.

aaannndddd.... we live on the Gulf Coast and we are quite literaly sitting ducks, as the oil spill fast approaches. All of our ducks and geese are going to have to be locked in pins for at least the summer, because the oil is going to contaminate our creek. Dolphins are already washing up at our local beaches.



The Good

I graduated from cullinary school this past friday. I guess I'm kind of excited about that.

As kind of a "graduation trip" my boyfriend's family is taking us on a cruise to Mexico on the 31st... but the oil spill might lead to the cancellation of our cruise... so i'm not sure if this should be listed under good news or bad news yet. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

As cheesy as it sounds it actually kind of was. You know how sometimes when you meet someone and you think to yourself "I'm going to like this person"? That's how it was. He was a sweetheart.

The good
Whats your happiest memory of him? 
a family trip to universal. The shortest person in his family is 5'11"
even his sister's boyfriend who is asian is 6 feet tall! My tiny little legs could'nt keep up with their brisk walk, so a lot of the time he carried me on his back:)

Whats the sweetest thing he has ever done for you?
We've been rennovating our room for three months and it just seems like everything that could possibly go wrong has gone wrong this past month. Yesterday he took off work early and took me on a surprise shopping trip to pick out decor for our room:) He even picked up some food and took me to a pier on the bay to have a sort of picnic. It was so sweet.

ok... so I just realized how creepy the first picture might seem, Logan wanted a picture IN the creek and I couldn't stand there because my heels would sink in the muck so he had to hold me up lol.

Hey kaboodle friends:) I have a bit of a dilema. As I'm sure you all know, Valentine's Day is fast approaching. With an overstuffed class schedule, work, new baby ducks and chickens, remoddeling my room, and a heavy homework load, I have been spread thin over the past month. My creativity has all but shriveled up and died.

What am I going to give my boyfreind for valentine's day???
I'm stumped.

I really want to do something memmorable and romantic, like maybe plan an elaborate, romantic evening... but I'm just drawing blanks here:(

I'm sorry this doesn't have anything to do with Halloween.

The picture above is of my boyfriend and me... so now on to the topic.
I have a facebook, which I'm starting to dislike very much. A girl I used to go to school with has a little sister who's in the hospital and very sick. She put several pictures of her sister on her profile and tagged all of her facebook friends in it. In case you don't know tagging means you put a link to your friends profile in a picture, identifying them as being in the picture. So you're only supposed to tag someone if they're in the picture. I wasn't aware you could tag someone in a picture without their permission, but apperently you can. So people start commenting her pictures left and right and each time she gets a comment I am notified someone commented a picture of me. After about 50 notifications in two days I begin to feel upset that she tagged me in the picture A) without asking permission and B) when I wasn't in the photo. It kind of felt like she was invading my privacy. Now here arises the problem. Should I say something and seem like a heartless butthead who doesn't care about sick 6 year old girls, or should i voice my opinion? I have always felt it's important to voice my oppinion so i sent her a comment on the photo asking to be detagged. I said it the nicest way I could. well it wasn't two seconds later that one of hre friends responded to the picture attacking me and all but saying I'm an evil bitch. I respond by saying I wasn't trying to be mean i just didn't want to be tagged and she informed me I could detag myself. Ok problem solved. Well 2 days later the girl's sister posts a response threataning my life. I now wish I'd never said anything because I'm sure all of this drama is upsetting the girl in a hard time.

Do you think I did the right thing? If not what should I have done?
I promise I don't hate sick children.
