Well, I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Of course, the happiness can only last so long... I think you know what I mean- Black Friday. Honestly, I hate this day. There are far too many people and most stores just have the same sales they usually do, people just dont think about that and buy a ton of stuff. I always end up going, just in case. I mean, come on, it's a thrill :) I usually go to the (way under-crowded) where my grandma lives and have a pretty good time. This year, Thanksgiving dinner was at our house. Our local mall opened select stores at 12 am (!), so I went to the "Midnight Madness" with my sister and our friends--crazy. There were already like 500 people outside of Forever 21! We stayed there for about an hour and a half, got bored, and left empty handed (well, most of us). However, I did luck out with two very much wanted pairs of tights at American Eagle when we went to my grandma's tonight :) Although it's a let down, Black friday is always somewhat entertaining- I love watching those crazy people in tents outside of BestBuy. It's also hilarious how bitchy and panicked some people get..Sadly, many people have also been trampled to death by crazed shoppers- sales aren't worth a human life!
Anyways, now that the craziness is over, it's time to relax and enjoy this time of year :) Have a great weekend and check out my holiday
list for some inspiration.
And last: How was your Black Firday?

Here's my latest DIY project, inspired by
these Academy for Wayward Girls shoes by Justine Crawford:
Materials:
-White Ked-like
shoes-Sharpie
-Black Shoe Laces
Step 1) Using the Sharpie, trace a line along the outside and inside of the stitching in the front and back. Fill in with dots. (Just copy the picture pretty much :)
Step 2) Draw the "W" shape on the front of the shoe, starting about half way between the tip and the laces. Again, fill with dots.
Step 3) Replace white laces with black ones.
Wear 'em out a little for a distressed look, and tadaaaa!
Hope some of you try it out and put your own spin on it :)

Happy Friday! Sorry for my absence, I've been beyond busy :( How are you guys? I finally bought those shoes from my last post, they were on sale for $20 :D They look blue-ish in the pic, but they're completely black. Here's what I wore today:
Shirt- $12.90 Forever 21
Tank- $6.95 American Eagle
Jeans- 2 for $55 Pacsun
Necklace- ? American Eagle
Booties- $20 Target
Hair: Twist bangs to the side, pin. Leaving one strand loose on each side, pull hair back into a low pony (for a more elegant look, twist hair into pony from underneath on each side). Secure with small rubber hair band, wrap a strand of hair from around band, secure with clip or hairspray...and voila!
More posts to come :)

Jeez I haven't been on kaboodle in forever :/ oh how I miss free time. Just catchin up after another week end in SLO (no Forever 21 this time :[ ) We went to Target and I got a chance to try on these shoes....Oh My Gosh they're amazing. I'm serious, these shoes must be mine (as soon as they go on sale--I'm on a rediculous budget). They're super comfy, and a lot cuter in person, I seriously have never worn any comfier heels. At only $30 I would definately reccomend them. Lol, anyways, hope you all had a great weekend :) What are your thoughts on the shoes?

ring- $5.80 Forever 21
make-up:
