I think the yellow would be fun, as it looks like you like pops of color on white. However, it also depends on what your kitchen physically looks like and if it leads into another room of color, etc. Great pics!

I like yellow but to be honest I think it's a color you might get tired of looking at after a while in something so prominent as a backsplash. I'd go for the light green I think.

I really like this whole look. The back-splash is unexpected and fun and I'm loving the idea of using shelves instead of upper cabinets.

i say go with the colour! not many kitchens i see have huge walls of colour anyways. the bright yellow glass tiles between counter and cabinets would look great. And if you did want a whole wall of the yellow, it could be offset with some giant artwork or something like that.... i love the table linens too!

hubby wasn't down with the yellow or the wood countertops ... so its either green glass or blue glass tile now, and black solid surface. can't wait till we get our tax credit so we can actually start!
