The aforepictured bras are not ones that have proven to be failures but rather examples of bras I adore that could very well be so. Why? Well, this is my "beef with bras".
I have small breasts.
And I love them.
I mean, hey, it's what I was given and it's enough for me.
But apparently it's not enough to build a well fitting bra around.
I have yet to meet a sexy bra that doesn't try to either pad me to heaven, attempt to strangle my torso into the width of a seven year old's, or push, press, an pick up what I do not have.
The problem I have is not what I'm lacking but rather, what they're lacking... an idea of what most small breasted women look like.
Not all of us weigh 80 pounds and are missing a few ribs. Many A an B cup women are fully grown an once they find their cup size, should be able to stretch the thing around them without popping a lung.
Another thing is the underwires. Most bras have underwire... no big deal. But when the underwire is tol to push you up an in, it is pushing on near nothing, making the wearer very uncomfortable, or at least deformed.
If I get past all of that, and this is just a personal preference as opposed to a general comfort and fit concensus, I can't stand heavily padded bras. It may be nit- picky, but I like what I have and I don't like fooling myself or anyone else for that matter into think I'm much bigger than reality has it. But immediately when you pick up a smaller size bra, you tend to find an extra 2 inched of padding. You might as well shove apples in there or a few pairs of socks.
Well, that was my rant.
Don't get me wrong, I understand that everyone has problems fining bras, it's not all small breasted women and it's not only small breasted.
This is just my personal experience.

I bought a few tops from americanapparel.net today.
Their clothing can be on the expensive side for basics, but you just have to know the tricks:
- Don't jump on the newest design right away.
AA is coming up with cool new patterns and designs all the time. They put them up, see how they do, then adjust the price/ sizes. So wait if you feel that a price is unreasonable or they don't have your size, as hard as it may be.
+ Send feedback.
Tell them what you think (what sizes/ colors you'd like to see, what you think of the price, what you thought of the quality)
Not only does it get your point to the seller, but it also helps out the other customers if you have a good review.
A good review?
-body type (measurements are best, but if that's not your thing, your size or just a general body type will due)
-what size you purchased
-how it fit, what the fabric was like, ect.
-your final verdict: good or bad? why did you give it the amount of stars you did?
-anything else you think the reader should know
- Get the discounts.
You can sign up for their mailing list and get 15% off, or take the shortcut and search "american apparel promo codes" to use at checkout.
- Wait until you have a few things you want to buy.
Purchases over $75 get free shipping.
- Visit a store near you.
You may also want to vist an American Apparel store to try out the different fabrics and fits and see the styles and colors close up.
Those are just some of my tips to shopping AA online, hope you found it helpful.
