Definitely this. It'll work with the walls, not against them.
I think this one will compliment the color rather than contrast it. Depending on things like lamps and windows, it might make the room too dark, but for a bedroom, that might be alright.

the blue will clash, I have deep red in my living room and this or white will go best.

The beige one is lovely, but with the wall color you have, that set is just to dark. And the white-ish one is to go with more of blue wall paint.
