Badlands Romper Lovely Lumberjack Romper Rapscallion by Samantha... Rocket Romper
Hey, Kaboodle buddies!  *INSERT CHEESY FAKE SMILE HERE*  Yes, once again I need your help!  It's pretty simple this time:  help me choose a romper.  I would have totes just made a poll, but I wanted to elaborate on what I would wear the romper with, what I like, etc., etc.  So here goes..

FIRST ROMPER (the flowered one):

Okay, has anyone seen Selena Gomez's TeenVogue pictures?  If you haven't, you can see the picture I'm talking about here:

http://www.teenvogue.com/industry/coverlook/2009/05/selena-gomez-pics#slide=2

Anyway, I would basically be copying the outfit.  So, purple striped shirt, thick belt, and lots of pearls.

SECOND ROMPER (the checked one):

This is another "copying-someone-else's-cool-outfit-because-no-one-has-to-know" attempt.  Anyway, the outfit I would be copying is...

http://blog.modcloth.com/2009-07-10-fashion-for-a-cause

It's the "Parisian Scholar" one.  So, anyway, I really liked that outfit too.  Especially all the little details like the lacy collared shirt underneath it.

THIRD ROMPER (the coral-coloured one):

Not much to say about this one.  I'm not copying anyone's outfit, I just like the romper by itself.  If you think this one is the best, please post any suggestions on how I should wear it.  I was thinking it really might look nice alone, but suggest away!

FOURTH ROMPER (the blue one):

Yep, same thing as the third romper,  Not copying anyone's outfit.  This one is a little more casual than the other ones, and might double as a beach cover-up.  But, of course, I would wear it on a normal day too.

So, anyway, thanks for reading through my whole blog post and (hopefully) commenting.

Okay, I sounded really calm there, but I'm just going to come out and say it:  PLEEEEEEASE COMMENT!!!  TELL ME WHAT TO BU BEFORE THEY GO OUT OF STOCK!!!! *heavy metal voice*  TELL ME!

Thank you!

So...everyone else seemed to be making one of these, so I figured I would too.  Because I know everyone wants to know my shoe size.

Personals
How tall are you?
    I'm about 5' 4".  I am short and squat.
    ...Yeah.  Like the teapot song.

*edit*  WAIT!!!  No, I just measured myself and I am 5' 5"!  Moving up!

What is your shoe size?
Usually I'm a 9 or 9.5, depending on the shoe.

What color is your hair?
Brown, with (NATURAL) blonde highlights.  People are like, "Oh, you got your hair highlighted!  It's so cute!" and I just kind of grin and nod because I didn't actually do anything to it.
My hair is a nice colour, but I AM looking for some product to tame the (admittedly pretty-coloured) beast.  And yes, this is a shameless advert for my last blog post.  (AHEM!!!)

What is your ethnicity?
    Cat Lady.

What country do you live in?
Good ol' environmentally-friendly USA.  (That was sarcasm, btw.)

Styles
What is your favorite online shopping website?

Sometimes I like the prep stores, like Abercrombie and Hollister, but I like the skater stores, like Pac-Sun too.  I also like the kind of artsy stores, like Mod-Cloth and Anthropoligie.

What would you describe your style as?
Um...preppy skater art nerd?  There isn't really a category I totally fit in.  The only thing I don't like is animal print and the colour black (no clue why - I like navy blue and brown).  There are, of course, exceptions...

What is your favorite shoe style?
    Well...
I like heels, because people notice them, and usually there's so many more "creative" heels.
I like ballet flats, because they're cute and good for toning down outfits.
I like sandles because they're just downright comfortable.  (As well as looking good.)
I like boots because, well, I don't know.  I just like them.

I am a FAIL at choosing my favorite shoes.

Lists

Which list would you say you add to the most?
I'd say I add to clothes/art/beauty/shoes the most.

Which list is your personal favorite?
I don't have one.  Probably the ones I add to the most.

What is your one pet peeve in lists?
    I don't have one.

What do you always make sure to do with your lists?
I organize them obsessively.  Everything has a category, and in that category, is organized by colour, and then by brand.  Yeah.  THAT'S what I mean by obsessive.

Favorites
What is your favorite food?
I really like fish and chicken, especially chicken gyros and fajitas.  I also like raspberries, blackberries, banana bread, and morning glory muffins.

What is your favorite drink?
    Milk (seriously!)

What is your favorite color?
    I like pink.

What is your favorite dessert?
Brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and chocolates.  I really hate anything super-sweet, like grocery-store cake, though.

5 Random Facts
    1.  I love to laugh - and usually, what I laugh at is kind of inappropriate (like the picture above)
    2.  I have a weakness for kittens and (hot) tortured artists.  (Even though the only black I'll wear is a little black dress, I like it on other people.)
    3.  I visit Starbucks way too much, even though I hate coffee.  When I go there, I get hot cocoa.  Yeah.  How awesome is that?
    4.  I don't think anyone should be hurt because of their religion, their job, or who they love.  (Unless his/her job is like, "Crazy Assassin Guy," in which case he/she should be put in jail.)

And now you know about me.  I know everyone was totally going to stalk me/ hold my family at gunpoint to find out my shoe size and other stuff like that, so I decided just to write it all down.  That, and other people were doing this, and I thought it seemed interesting.

Hello, everyone.  Sorry if you expected me to make a post to talk to you, but I need your help.  AGAIN.  Anyway, the problem is this:

                                            MY HAIR.

SO.  Let me tell you a little about my hair.  Or what I call hair, for all intensive purposes.  Let me give it to you straight: if you were expecting a Pantene add, then prepare to be majorly disappointed.  In fact, my hair looks more like a small brown rodent that crawled up and DIED on my head.

Well, okay, it's not that bad.  All overdramatic-ness aside, my hair is actually a nice colour (mid-brown with natural highlights).  The only problem is the shape.  See, my hair isn't actually straight enough to be called straight - and I don't mean board-straight, just moderately straight - but it's not wavy enough to be called wavy either.  What really happens in the morning is that my hair is a TOTAL mess (true), then I straighten it with my crappy drugstore straightener.  In the winter, this was not a big problem, because it wasn't very humid.  But even now, in spring, my hair is starting to DO IT again.  (And no, I don't mean DO IT like that).  I mean...well, have you seen the teenage skater boys with the hair that flips out at the sides?  Yeah, that's what MY hair does.  Except I don't do it on purpose.  It just does that, in humid weather.  And maybe it looks hot on guys, or on girls with really short hair, but not on me, lemme tell ya.

I guess the main point to take away from this seminar would be: I need a straightening cream/balm/spray.  I don't care if you put it on after the shower, when your hair is wet, or spray it on when your hair is dry.  I just don't want to go to a salon (not money, I just don't want to).  So please: what is the best straightening balm/cream/[insert noun of your choice here]?  Thank you, as always, my devoted minions...um, listeners.

I Heart U Shorts
Regent Plaid Short
Varsity Bermuda Shorts
As you have probably already noticed, the picture today actually has something to do with my post, unlike last week's Audrey Hepburn picture.  *confetti shower in honor of my putting a relevant picture here*  Yes, yes, I know, I'm the greatest.  So anyway, now that everyone has finally stopped clapping (in my mind), here's the question of the day:  what matches with these shorts?  And which pair, or two, or three, should I get?  (Actually, I have a lot more I'm deciding between, so please look at those too-they're in the gigantic-monster-list I call "closet" for short).  And, like always, if you have a better suggestion, tell me, so I can beat you up for not liking these...um...I mean, look at your suggestion.

P.S.  Are my posts too short?  Hm?  I just don't have a huge amount to say...

Audrey Hepburn Mini...
I totally did not just put this picture here because I didn't have any other picture.  Yeah.  I planned this.

Anyway, so I have finally gotten around to starting a blogzine.  I've always wanted a blog.  See, because if you have a blog, you don't have to try striking up a conversation with Joe the Unfriendly Grocery Store Guy (no relation to Joe the Plumber) or spying on your neighbors with oversized binoculars because you have nothing better to do with your time. Instead, you can pretend you're smart and computer-savvy as you type up your blogzine, which is almost as good as getting Joe to say, "Please go away" to you (which is his equivilent of talking for half an hour).  You know what?  I'm done.  The End.

MORAL OF THE STORY: Always have a TOPIC for your blogzine, or you will end up like me.

P.S.  My lawyer says that I have to tell you that Joe the Unfriendly Grocery Store Guy is an entirely fictional character.  Or I will get sued.  And it won't be fun.

P.P.S. The End.  For real now.
