I am not able to use my styleboard at all, can someone please correct the problem, this has happened several times, I tried to create my styleboard and could not move the parts at all.

I have been losing several of my Styleboards lately. After completing them, they are not going through, can you tell me what the problem is, can it be because to many people are using it at one time.
I am losing all of my Styleboards and have to make them over and over.
