I think you would want something that would hold all your music and video on.
Since this has almost 3 times the amount of space on it you can keep adding and adding. With the smaller ones you'd run out of space as well as have no use for a lot of the extras.
You should choose the classic because … It can hold the most music. You really don’t need all the extra features of the touch since you already have a phone and camera. And the classic comes in the colors you would probably choose.

Go for the classic! If you can fill up 80 GB, it just seems kind of silly to buy the nano. The nano is cute, but if it won't hold enough you might end up frustrated with it.
Well, possibly this one. But the Nano comes in so many nice colours. I like them for that reason alone. My iPod isn't even a classic iPod, it's one of the real old black & white screen ones. But it's similar to this one I guess, and it's never let me down.
it sounds like you need 160GB to me if your other one was full.
It will carry more music, otherwise you are going to have to lose some music that was on your past iPod. Unless you are going for lightweight, this would tick your boxes without being redundant.
This will help as you acquire and carry more video, as so much of the music is coming to us this way.

The more space the better. You have an iPhone for music, calls and short distance treks. Get the iPod for music and movies on long distance flights etc...
Personally, I'd go with this. Plenty of space for my music. iPod Touch is more for games and video. iPod Nano is for small music libraries and being a camera.
