I like the shorter skirt better, but it depends on how formal the event is. See what everyone else is wearing before you make a final decision. If you're going out to dinner to a fancy restaurant, then the longer skirt might be better. If you're going dancing or to a club or something, the shorter one works.

Depends where you are going but my first choice is the long skirt. If you are hoing out to dinner ut should be perfect. If you are going out to club, you can always sex it up with your top, shoes and accessories.. If you chose Flippy, you will be stuck with a short skirt and the very limited possibilties of a short skirt.
